How do I book a transport?
Fill out our quote form with your pet’s details and preferred dates. We will review and confirm availability before collecting your deposit.
What types of animals do you transport?
We transport dogs, cats and a variety of exotic species such as reptiles, amphibians, birds and small mammals. We do not transport livestock or primates.
Do I need a health certificate?
Yes. A current health certificate issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of travel is required for dogs and cats. Exotic species may require additional permits depending on state laws.
How often are rest stops?
We stop every three to four hours to walk dogs, offer water and check on all animals. Overnight, pets stay inside the vehicle at a secure location.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are refundable up to 72 hours before pickup. Within 72 hours, deposits are forfeited. If we must cancel due to weather or vehicle issues, your deposit will be refunded.
Can I track my pet’s trip?
Yes. Upon request we provide text updates at major milestones and a route progress link with city‑level updates.
Do you transport puppies and kittens?
Yes, as long as they are at least eight weeks old, have received their first vaccinations and are accompanied by a health certificate.
What if my pet has special needs?
Please describe any medications, mobility issues or special instructions in the quote form. We will do our best to accommodate and may suggest private transport for pets requiring extra care.
Do you handle international transport?
No, we provide ground transport within the United States only. We can coordinate with your airline for airport hand‑offs.
Are you insured?
Yes, we carry comprehensive insurance covering both our vehicles and your pet during transit. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
