Additional services such as crate rental, photo updates and white‑glove delivery can be added at checkout. Exact pricing depends on route and availability.
Deposits & Payments
A 20% deposit is due when you confirm your booking. The remaining balance is collected upon delivery. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment provider. Deposits are refundable if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to pickup.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before your scheduled pickup for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 72 hours forfeit the deposit. If we must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a rescheduled trip.
